The remote control works with my TV, increases and decreases the volume, scrolls through applications, but does not work with voice commands. Although the TV model number is listed as working with the remote control, my TV does not have voice recognition software. So for that reason I gave it 3 stars. It works, just not for my particular TV. I'm sending it back as the remote control that came with the TV works the same way.
- How to use the remote control: You need to pair with your TV before you can use the remote control, and usually the Bluetooth device only supports 1-to-1 pairing, please make sure the Battery is taken out from your old remote control, and only one remote control works.
