Is it possible to get a bad lot of wax? I went back and forth trying to decide whether to return or not when my package arrived. Somehow the wax ended up on the outside of the packaging and I decided to remove it with gloves on so I didn't have any wax on me. I figured since it was warm everything would be fine. It was not. This wax practically does not remove hair. I mostly use it by hand. Every time I use it I have hair that I've been trying to remove and a sticky situation. For the first few uses I thought this might be possible user error. After trying tonight with the same result, I think I got a bad batch of wax. This isn't the first time I've used this brand, but this is the first time I've encountered this problem.
