I like how it allows me to make presentations from my own computer using my account information that is stored with my email address. This makes creating content for any event much easier than trying to have someone else create things and then send them over via an FTP site or something similar. The only thing in this program that I do not use (at all) is their "presentation manager". It's just too cumbersome compared to the ease of using this software alone. For us, what we're doing here at work is having people present as part of our job functions - most often when they are giving training courses or teaching classes. We also utilize this tool to communicate internally between members about various projects where there may be some disagreement or questions along the way.
