Review on 🐢 Little Tikes Turtle Sandbox - 632884 by John Clark

I used to have an old used Little Tikes Turtle sandbox. This turtle survived 3 previous children and then 2 of my children before the lid and head broke and had to be thrown away. This new turtle was purchased for my third child during the Covid-19 pandemic and local stores (Walmart and Target) were out of stock. The new turtle is definitely made of thinner plastic. Yes, the seats are good (the old version didn't have them) but most kids sit in the sand anyway. The lid doesn't have locking notches like the old one, but it hasn't survived a really windy day to see if it pops off. I don't expect this turtle to live to be 20 years old like the previous one. It's priced at $40 at Walmart and Target, so shop around before shelling out bucks for crazy Revain prices. Due to Covid-19, the next items in stock at Target were an hour away, so shipping was worth the extra cost (I paid $68 plus tax). Note that the seller did not remove the original shipping label so I could see it was originally from Walmart. Expected during a pandemic with hoarding. But shipping and delivery was over a week earlier than booked which was nice.
