I love all of their functionality, from being able to manage time off with so many different policies through scheduling appointments right down to making announcements in real-time during my day! And it's all easy enough for an employee who literally just started at this organization last month to use as well (even if they don't know what any features do!). My only concern is about keeping up sometimes when there are constant updates coming out - which really makes no sense given that most employees would be using these tools on some level already! Also would like more reporting options than those we currently have access too! So far everything has been great but i'm honestly not sure how much longer before something comes back wrong again haha :) Our biggest problem here was staff availability. This tool helped us realize our shifts were very understaffed - since almost every hour had someone available but nobody taking over someone elses shift or having multiple of them throughout a single pay period/day. It is very easy to use, has many different scheduling options as well! I dislike that it does not have an option where you can set up your own timesheet templates instead of having everything be pre-set by default (it would save me time!). Very helpful in keeping track with our schedules at work all month round!! Makes sure we are always aware when there will or won't even need us during certain shifts etc so no one gets confused about who's schedule they're filling out next week/month.
