I've had hot flashes from medication for over 15 years and this little pup I met at the grocery store a few years ago has kept me sane at times. I use it outside when gardening and even when meditating I keep it by my side in case flushing occurs. This is my second. The first one I bought literally blew up after 2.5 years of daily use. I use dollar store batteries for low voltage devices and the more expensive batteries don't last longer or work differently so don't waste your money. If this one comes up, I'll get another one.
