    Great for staying cool.

    I have fibromyalgia which makes me get hot easily. My sister-in-law recently visited and showed me her O2COOL fan. I ordered it myself right away. It really helped me prevent overheating. The fan in this product is designed so that when worn around the neck, a cool breeze blows straight up, cooling your face and neck. Has an adjustable chain for a necklace.     The airflow speeds up and slows down randomly

    This fan mainly cools the neck and chin. Since I suffer from excessive sweating all over my body, I'd prefer the air to reach my face as well, but a cool neck and chin is better than nothing. Straight out of the box, although the fan speeded up and slowed down randomly. I'll have to try putting in new batteries to see if that fixes the problem.     Kept me from going insane!

    I've had hot flashes from medication for over 15 years and this little pup I met at the grocery store a few years ago has kept me sane at times. I use it outside when gardening and even when meditating I keep it by my side in case flushing occurs. This is my second. The first one I bought literally blew up after 2.5 years of daily use.     We got them for Disney in July. Did they force me to breathe so much air that I got cold? no However, I have to say that I wore it all the time. it was a little breeze and it hit the spot.     Bought this for a hot day at Disneyland. I like that it has a low profile and fits snugly against your chest while inflating air on you. I also like that it uses standard AAA batteries, which means I can pop in rechargeable Eneloop batteries and then swap them out when they run out and keep cooling.     Great fan, questionable reliability

    This is a great way to cool down and I'm more comfortable when it's around 80F inside. This is a great way to use a fan without a plug or electricity (meaning it runs on batteries). It seems pointless if you're using disposable batteries, but rechargeable NiMH (Eneloops) work great. You need to balance rechargeable batteries because there is no protection or the battery will be low if one of the cells is discharged too much. Usually another way to find out if the device is running slower. Avoid
