I've had several of these suits over the years and keep coming back to them when I need another. They last a very long time! I think I bought my last one about 5 years ago which is ages in the swimwear world. Some tips. This is a tracksuit and should not be worn if you intend to swim fast. Underneath you should wear a regular suit (also known as swimming trunks). And be sure to order 1-2 sizes larger than your regular Speedo suit (I wear a 28 or 30 in my swim trunks, but I wear a 34 in this one). It takes some getting used to and you will feel a little more tired than usual when you first put it on. You can only do this after 1/3 of your regular workout, take it off. Next time try to go a little further. The great thing about this suit is that you feel really fast without it!
