Statement dress for sure
This dress is decent quality the only thing I didn’t like is that the frills are a bit too long so it was hard to go to the restroom lol. Then some of them snagged and stretched longer than the rest. The collar is pretty snug around your neck so if you don’t like that feeling then this is not the dress for you. Other than that I got tons of compliments at my "great gatsby” theme party. It’s super form fitting but I did alter the waist to make the dress snatch at the waist. The back is all the way open so you will need to go without a bra or a special backless bra. Also, I have a big booty so the back was dangerously short but the frills help play it off. Overall, dress is worth buying and really cute!
