Their staff are very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful when you have questions or concerns. The platform is easy to use & navigate in general. Fitting room configurations could be even more streamlined as it takes too many clicks between different screens for me to know that what i am looking at needs updating (if updates occur). I've seen other competitors who also provide excellent services like this and their features aren't much better than our own product so we see no need upgrade from them yet due mainly because of customer service reasons instead. We wish there were some way to integrate with hotel's ERP systems which they use elsewhere within same facility. Our main issues solved thus far has been inventory tracking, sales forecasting/foregoing using various tools such as Jitterbit for data entry into excel spreadsheet format for projections. I like that you can do things in different ways, it has many options to customize your website as well! It's very easy to use but sometimes there are bugs or issues with some features which makes them difficult at times! But overall, this is an amazing product!! The best part about fitshotels was how simple they were able to make our booking process so much easier than other software we've used before. We have been using their service since 2016 now when booking rooms online.
