Works well but can be difficult to remove from Mac power adapter. I have used this EU extension in Belgium and France with no problems. It was very difficult to get out of my 2012 MacBook Pro power supply, so much so that I was concerned that I had messed up the original power supply. I recently returned to Europe with a new 2017 MacBook Pro and it's a lot easier to unplug this adapter. It's been over a year since I bought it and it still works fine. Definitely worth buying as it does what it's supposed to, but depending on your laptop model it can be difficult to unplug from your Mac's power supply.
