This balloon is cute. I had totally underestimated what a 40” balloon actually means. It is huge! It’s half the size of a grown woman.It is more catered to the taste of girls/females, but I feel it would be appropriate for a younger boy celebration too.The product I got though is not the one pictured in the amazon ad, not at least at the date of this review. Check my picture for reference. Hopefully they'll correct that as the ad, as of today, is not truthful. Taking away two stars because of that. The colors are different (there is no yellow in the one I got, but silver) and it is definitively more striped. I can't comment on the shape when inflated, but it does look unlikely the resulting shape will be the same as the one pictured.The balloon has 2 holes at the top, and 2 holes at the bottom to run a string through so that you can either hang it or hold it, depending if you inflate with air or helium. The holes on top are oddly positioned if your reference point is where you inflate the balloon.You only get the balloon itself. Similar products also come with a straw to inflate/deflate.I’ll update this review with further data after I get a chance to actually inflate it.
