Hand assembled, no tools required. With a Nikon D7200 and an AF-S Nikkor 18-55mm lens, this is more than enough to support the weight. It's strong, but wobbling is possible, so fixing it to a table if you can't drill is recommended. Captures a space at least 24" x 31". Advantages: The camera can be moved up and down on the mounting rail. The rail is threaded at the bottom so you can move/remove or loosen it from there. Cons: OMG it was expensive! My heart hurts so bad. Also in the instructions there are metal clips and plastic in the box.
