Easy way of building custom Journey Maps
The ability to add new fields, filters, actions etc.
in real-time without any coding required.The dashboard for monitoring all activities from the app itself.Easy integration with other tools such as Zapier or HubSpot.Best support team available 24/7 via chat & email.It's free version has limited features which we use while testing but I would prefer more than one option before purchasing it.We are using this tool to build our customer journey map. We have been able to do it very quickly since our team members don't require much training.In addition, they can easily understand how each step works to help us improve the experience.
Pros
- It is easy when you start learning about basic functions like adding tags / custom field.There isn’t anything complicated that needs extensive knowledge if there used properly.You also get detailed error message logs so debugging issues becomes easier compared doing something manually!To make life even better its Free plan gives unlimited storage capacity at no additional cost!!
Cons
- Some limitations around certain steps
- Like importing contacts into Gmail , Google Contacts
