Edit: The seller kindly refunded the robe. Although I would really like them to send me a tie because I feel terrible now, they had to go that far. They made up the missing tie so I can give the item the good rating it deserves. My SO loves this robe and like I said it is very well made and I love the little details in the robe. I can definitely recommend this bathrobe. This robe itself is very good, it fits my 6ft 4,250lb partner very well and I love the details on it. However, the dressing gown belt was not sent and the seller refuses to send it to me. They said they had no connections. those who. don't you make them I would have to return the entire robe to get the belt. Huge inconvenience as it is the seller's mistake. How embarrassing considering it's his birthday present which I was very happy to give him. If it came with the parts I was promised, or if the seller admitted their mistake, I would happily give this robe a perfect rating.
