A very intuitive and straight forward tool to help analyse data and visualise trends. It has saved us loads of time and money in finding new ways to use data in business. A great tool to have in place for any business looking to get to grips with data. We love the ability to see key metrics such as average age, cost per lead and conversion rate over a period of time. The ability to segment this information is excellent. The ability to drill down into specific groups of customers/products is brilliant too. Overall it's been fantastic to have a visual tool that gives you insight into how your data is performing and why it's performing that way. We have used it extensively and it's worked extremely well for us. It's very straightforward to learn and use. The customer service is great. They're responsive and available when you need them. And, overall, the value for money has been exceptional.
