Worn, Dirty and Torn
Upon opening the box I saw a torn piece on the side of one of the shoes and how dirty and visibly worn the shoes were. There is even a stone stuck in the running surface from the adventure. The shoes are wrinkled at the top as someone wore them hiking. It's such a shame because the blue color was gorgeous. I haven't tried them. I'm returning for a refund. I paid 99.00 for a new pair of sneakers and am expecting a new pair of sneakers. I didn't pay for used quality. You can tell they are worn and the laces have probably been replaced. I'm surprised whoever sent me this thought I wouldn't notice any wear and tear. This is unacceptable.
