It's been only a weekI received the string, and it took over an hour to untangle the mess of string to install it, so that's why it's rated on the "install" part as a 2. Once untangled, it was fairly easy. Still a couple of hours to accomplish. Maybe mine was previously purchased by someone else, and they returned it!?!?!In the "brightness" category. They are - theoretically - nice and bright, and even that is adjustable to various intensities or flashing, which is nice. I rated it a 3 because 4 of the lights didn't work either initially, or stopped working after one day. They give you two extra bulbs, so they seem to know it's a dice throw if they work out of the box I suspect. Now I'm down two lights that I have to buy.so far. Hopefully I'm just unlucky.I'm going to attempt to contact this company and see if they'll at least respond to what is obviously a warranty situation without me having to return the whole string.i'll write a follow up once I get more than a week worth of experience, and see how the company respondsAs a follow up - I didn’t get much grace from ebay. I then contacted sunapex directly, and the immediately sent me 3 free bulbs - now they deserve a 5 star rating. Sunapex makes good when they fall short. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
