Oky so it almost what i expected but i gave it 3 stars because it got design flaws:1- when you insert the item, the angle at which you insert the item makes a huge difference. You could get the rotating peace off its rotation access and you wont event notice it which will cause it to be loose and items to sleep. It easy to fix but annoying.2- spring is too strong but i don't see hiw they can design yo hold the item if otherwise3- needs installation instructions and warning about not drilling into a wall with pipes or electric lines.
