Just the right thing between soft and hard. and its beauty
Nice.soft. but the fact that it's right under the headrest actually hits me right under the shoulders, not the neck. not the fault of the products. I'm 5ft 9" and it doesn't stay on the headrest in the center of the headrest even when tightened. So I'm going to place it on the passenger side for any passengers I might have to enjoy. OK.
