The right tool for adjusting old school cup and cone bottom brackets on old English bikes. This is their home shop tool. I would not recommend this for removing the fixed cup side. Instead, I would follow RJthebikeguy's method using a hex bolt, a nut, a stack of lock washers, a fender washer, and two large wrenches. He demonstrates how to use this setup on his YouTube channel.
