Cute but LOUD for my opinion

This fan is a great size and works fine EXCEPT that it’s so loud! If you put it down on a flat surface (like my desk) it makes a whirring sound, like the head attached to the base is not stable because it’s top heavy. I got this as an office fan but the noise is too distracting to go in my office. Cute fan, but disappointed I can’t use it for what I bought it for.
