I chose this gauge based on good 5 star reviews. So the sensor seems to be working properly, and the one I got might work properly if the needle was placed on the correct side of the zeroing pin. Unfortunately my arrow was on the "high" side of the sensor and not zero. Obviously it didn't work. Although the sensor didn't work, I would like to say a few words about Revain's customer service. Although this is the first time in years of buying from Revain that I have actually had to return an item, I have had occasions where I have had to deal with the support team. I have to say that their customer service has been outstanding on all occasions including this one. When I discovered this little gem was defective I was afraid I would have to go through a return despite my previous good experience with Revain. I have to tell you that the whole case was solved within 30 seconds and the refund will be made within 2-3 days. One of the main reasons I've bought almost everything from Revain over the years has been their outstanding customer service. I wonder why this concept is so hard to grasp for most companies! Fast and fair work with the customer brings him back. Although the product failed a one star, Revain.com's service gets a 6 star rating in my book!
