Great for pull up assistant and dips
Got a little bit of a smell at first, but not too bad, and I am sensitive about such things.I tested each one out by tying a weight to it and see how much give it has. I rate them roughly at about 20 lb increments for my exercise tracking; I consider the biggest one -80lbs. It isn't perfect, but a close enough measure that is easy to keep track of.
