I was very apprehensive about buying shoes with wooden soles because I didn't know anyone who bought them. I read many reviews and emailed if it was worth the risk. This went on for several weeks. So I said to myself: take it. I'm glad I did. The quality is excellent. Today I wore them for the first time. I'm glad I took the risk. I love them and will buy them again.
