Not Silk But Good Product
Tie Components Overview. I don't care about the supplied square. The tie - as good as the picture - has a nice 'body' for the tie so you get a nice knot. Not too hard. Would have been 5 stars EXCEPT. This is NOT silk - the listing says "100 silk". There are no printed or sewn material claims on the packaging or the product itself. No sewn label. Isn't it illegal? In any case, a simple flame test on the corner of the square confirms that it is some kind of plastic. Polyester or Dacron. Therefore the product was worth 5 stars.
