I bought an XL based on the size chart, but it was way too big for my dog. I thought bought a medium and while it fit well in the body, the sleeves were too loose and a bit long. My dog's legs easily pulled out of the sleeve and up into the body as she readjusted in bed and curled her legs under her. So I do not recommend this if your dog has shorter legs. I think I'll try more of a sweater vest style with no sleeves.Otherwise, the fabric felt soft and cozy.

This fabric feels like velvet. It turned my little dog into a velvety snuggle nugget. It looks nice and my dog liked it. It’s cut high enough on the belly that he doesn’t pee on it. My senior Westie was getting chilly a lot. I bought her a pair of these (the flamingos) and she loved them. She liked them so much I bought them in 4 more colors (duckies, purple unicorn, colorful leopard, and flower). They’re super soft and stretchy. These are so adorable and keep my dog warm when he’s cold, especially since he has short hair! They’re thin enough to keep him warm but not thick enough to smother him. My dog is a 20 pound chihuahua mix and I got an x-large for him. My only complaint is that I wish there wasn’t any elastic around the butt/tail. This tightens the pajamas and pulls them down his back causing his legs to come out.

Supposed to be for pit bulls so I bought it for my pit bull Kai. It has great elasticity but does not stay on well. I bought the largest size. Kai is a 76lb short, stout pit bull and although was able to put on him, as you can see from pictures, it rides low on his front shoulders/neckline and by morning neckline is around his waist. I bought a small in the sunflower pattern for my 7lb yorkie. It fit her okay but I knew an XS would fit better so I ordered 2 more in an XS, another sunflower pattern and a flamingo. The XS flamingo pattern is the same size as the small sunflower pattern. They are labeled with their sizes according to what I ordered, just inconsistent sizing between patterns. The XS sunflower pattern fits her great and is very soft and cute. Would have given 5 stars for consistent sizing.
