Definitely a relaxed fit.
I bought the honey size. shirt. I'm a 5'10" 170 lb guy wearing a size 42R jacket. The body is pretty loose. The sleeves are about 2-3 inches longer BUT I will be keeping the shirt to wear at a beach in Trying Florida. a few weeks. It's really nice on the first try. I don't care about sleeve length, just roll it up a bit. Further update after the water test.
