I bought a Craftsman Mini 15 degree ratchet screwdriver that fits. The offset helps tighten the internal bolt from the front, and the leverage you get is useful for multiple bolts. Instructions found online. Finally, three spring clips/nuts are used on each rear fender, two large and one small. An extra small spring nut for each rear wheel well would be better. If you have time before installation, you can take one of the small clips that came with you to the hardware store and grab two more.
