I use this tender to service the battery in my skis. -Doo MXZ off-season. I really like that this model is waterproof and wall mounted. I bolted it to the wall in my garage and used a Battery Tender brand 25 foot extension cord to connect the sled's battery while it was in the enclosed trailer. I like it because I have a "status light" in my garage for the battery in my snowmobile. I have a fusible wire permanently attached to the sled battery terminals so it can stay on the sled year round and I can just plug in the charger if the sled has been sitting for a long period of time. This tender fully charged the battery in just a few hours and has been green ever since. Now the sled turns with more force than ever before. Good to know that the battery is always charged. Good product!
