I recently ordered the reversible, queen-sized cationic flannel/sherpa, 100% polyester comforter as I needed an extra layer on our guest bed this winter. This comforter is just right – not too heavy, but definitely adds warmth! Both sides are very soft and cuddly-feeling. It fits perfectly on the queen-sized bed as advertised.The top layer of fabric is beautiful and not what comes to mind when "flannel” is mentioned. There is a slight sheen to the fabric and a definite nap (see picture). The light brown color is created by weaving together brown and white threads, instead of the entire cloth being made of the same color thread, which makes it more unique (see picture).It washed easily with no wrinkles on cold water wash and tumble dry low. There were virtually no fibers shed in the dryer. I would definitely recommend this comforter for anyone who loves softness and low maintenance bedding.
