This system allows me to do remote backups across multiple clients as well have all of them in one place so it's easy when you need an update or want back up assistance from another employee who may not be located near your office but is very helpful! I haven't found anything dislike yet because everything has been working great for us since we had implemented this last year at our school district!! Take some time looking into other companies offerings if they offer more services than just data backup/virus protection like Microsoft does. We use extreme networks primarily out VPN service which was extremely important during hurricane Sandy here locally where power went down completely including my own personal computer network access along side others schools computers etc.... It is very easy to use and there are many features that are available to customize as per your needs. The price of this product is also reasonable. We have used it for our internal network for our organization. I do not find any downsides in using this product. At the present time, we are using this product for providing internet connectivity to our employees. This has helped us to provide better access to internet to our employees.
