I would give this 5 stars because I like it apart from one pretty serious problem. The buttons are very tight, too tight. Of course, this puts a lot of strain on the material around the buttons. I was afraid the material would tear. I probably should have returned it to make sure mine was just an accident. I didn't know and assumed the coat was designed to withstand the stress of extremely tight buttons. Well I was wrong because the bottom button made a hole in the material when I unbuttoned it recently. This of course happened about a week after the item could no longer be returned. Ironically, the buttons eventually started to wear out and loosened up a bit. The wear and tear of the first few weeks of use must have already weakened the material so much that it was no longer important. This coat is very warm and comfortable. I was actually ready to order more in different colors. Instead, I'm now stuck with a ruined coat that I can't return. Needless to say I will not be ordering these again and I am really frustrated.
