Part of the brush is not fixed in any position. It only spins when you try to sweep. I've read all the customer questions and answers and I still don't know how to fix the problem in any position. I know how to lengthen the handle and lock it to a fixed length. That's easy. None of the responses to customer questions relate to locking the brush end in a fixed position, although most don't seem to have any questions about this setting. I've tried clicking on black by rotating the brush within its range of motion and nothing seems to work. I attached the brush section of the broom by inserting a screw through the broom into its mount on the handle and locking it in a non-adjustable position. It works like a broom after all.
