I've read other reviews and wondered what people expect for $79 these days? This vacuum pump works as designed. No, pump oil is not included. For my use (vacuuming a car AC line) it got to -30 HG PSI on my system in just a few seconds and stayed there as long as it worked. got it for the same purpose (twice on the same machine and 2 other machines) and it worked flawlessly. The noise level with the oil cap off is loud, but that's not how it should work. With the right amount of oil (at least on the min mark) it runs as quietly as a mini fridge compressor. Overall build quality seems standard for this price point and cable length is standard too, a bit short but standard. All in all this is a good little vacuum pump for those interested, looks quite well built for the asking price so I'm happy with the purchase.
