They arrived in a very small box, nicely folded and glued together with internal magnets. Very easy connection if you just plug them into a regular Molex connector. But I had other plans with an extra power cord to my power supply that I didn't use. Unfortunately they are not dimmable. I was hoping to run the 5 volt level to dim them a bit as they are very bright. But unfortunately they don't work at that voltage so I had to stick with a regular 12 volt power supply. Also the magnets are amazing and work very well. The cords are each about 30 cm long and black, so there is enough space to move them. The color is amazing and goes well with my two red fans to give a purple tint to the inside of the case. For now I can only hope they hold up. Judging by other reviews, the colored ones do a good job as opposed to the UV version. Hope that helps.
