Watch out for the dough!
This product works great when the dough is not sticky. Our first run of pasta and our dough was too sticky. What a mess he made! Cleaning this thing is just a headache. The instructions say "totally disassemble" but that's not exactly what they mean. You don't want to take it apart any further than the front and back. Be sure to dry it completely before putting it away or your gears will rust. We tried again with a less sticky dough and had much better success.
