Browns the bread fairly evenly, a little stronger on the bottom. It is very convenient that the time remaining until the end of the roast is displayed on the screen. I usually use mode 5 (2 min. 15 sec.). Surprisingly, the case heats up very little. After two roasting cycles in a row, you can safely touch the sides. If, with the same set mode, immediately start the second cycle, then the bread turns out to be more fried. It is better to use bread for toast, slices of a loaf can warp when taken out, but this is not critical.
