It's really easy to get started using it once you understand what all the features do. The customer service can be a bit slow at times but its not bad overall (at least I haven't had any issues where things have taken longer than expected). There are some minor bugs here or there which isn't too much hassle since we don't use many advanced options yet. We've been able to track our website visits and conversions very effectively and compare these numbers against other sites in the same market as well as different markets. I'm looking forward to having this set up so we're able to see how changes impact traffic/conversions over time!
