Very satisfied with overall product value and ease of use

I like how easy it was set up by our account manager at panorama media who also helped me understand what we needed from their service as well! Their customer success representative really made sure my questions were answered before setting myself out looking elsewhere too early so this saved us time & money down stream!! They are working hard towards making all things online very accessible but there's definitely room yet - if you're willing look around other options first because sometimes…

Great for tracking conversion rates, site performance etc

It's really easy to get started using it once you understand what all the features do. The customer service can be a bit slow at times but its not bad overall (at least I haven't had any issues where things have taken longer than expected). There are some minor bugs here or there which isn't too much hassle since we don't use many advanced options yet. We've been able to track our website visits and conversions very effectively and compare these numbers against other sites in the same market as

Pros
  • Easy, straight forward interface with simple functions that make setting everything up relatively quick for non IT folks like me who know pretty basic HTML even when compared side by side versus Shopify is far easier if more limited functionality wise though..not sure I'd recommend building your own site vs shopfiy unless perhaps trying something outside traditional ecommerce platforms altogether?
