The faucet looks beautiful, but I have an unforgivable problem. And another very annoying one. The hose that holds the attached weight that holds the sprayer retracted into the faucet does not match the weight. It's too tight on the hose causing it to not close properly and fall off. After taking the time to install this faucet, my husband is in no rush to take it off to return, so is considering using a zip tie to hold the weight attached to the hose. We don't have to do this. Also, the temperature controller is reversed compared to all other faucets we've had. If the faucet is installed with the handle on the right side, you can get hot water by pulling the handle forward. Cold is accessed by pushing back. It takes some getting used to. If I had known about these two problems, I would never have bought this faucet. I have no idea how it got such excellent reviews.
