I have such buyer scruples with this printer. #1 - It won't let you complete a print job once it registers that one of the inks is "Low". On previous printers I was always able to print until I realized the machine had run out of ink. #2 - I got a message from the device that a firmware update is required and press #1 to continue. During the update I am asked to confirm something with the color ink that the device requires and next I know that the ink for the device has been ordered and shipped to me through Revain. I've set it up to automatically reorder ink when the device registers a low ink alert, but I don't expect to pay for ink when it's not needed. Now I have (2) of each color. The machine will likely order new ink when it registers a low ink warning, even if I already have the ink I need. I will now cancel the automatic ink reorder. I'm looking for a new printer that will allow you to keep printing even when the ink is low.
