Review on Creality Filament Diameter Dimensional Accuracy by Danny Lavimodiere

This is my third spool of Creality brand filament and so far it has matched the other two which is good. I didn't have any of the three spools of Creality Filament. any questions at all. I used these threads primarily in my Artillery Sidewinder X1, but have also used them in my JGAurora A5S and Flashforge Creator Pro. With all three printers I have had no clogging or coiling issues, nor have any adhesion issues, either to the build plates or to myself. The filament flows normally and shows no signs of excessive moisture absorption. I have a note: the last two coils, of which this particular coil is the last, were so tightly soldered that the coil flanges were slightly deformed. . Although there were no problems printing with filament (two of my printers use guides to hold the spool and feed the filament). I still find it annoying. I suppose that's a small price to pay for a well sealed filament. As for prints, again, no problem. The prints look great and are fairly easy to remove from the build plates. I would like to address the appearance of the print and note that this black color corresponds to the majority. In my 5+ years of 3D printing, I've come across a spool or two of black PLA that produces very matte prints. Also, I had a couple of spools that produced quite glossy prints, almost like PETG. But most of the black PLA spools I've used, including this spool, produce prints that have a semi-gloss appearance, although this can be affected by changes in temperature and layer height. That brings us back to the title of my review: This thread isn't great, but it's still not bad. This filament won't outperform most other filaments but in my experience it will perform consistently well and given the sheer number of filament manufacturers today the consistency between such products is very good quality and I'm glad this filament has it.
