Hey guys, skip this. Bought to use for teletherapy at a nursing home. Arrived quickly but unfortunately we had several other Revain tablets set up first and didn't open this one until that night. Very well packaged and brand new, backlit, nice color screen, only one problem - the touchscreen doesn't work at all. A big yellow START button in the middle of the screen that does nothing. Was very disappointed and the kicker was we opened it after the return deadline. So I wrote to the Windsing Store and explained that we had opened the unit and that the touchscreen was not working and that there was no way to return it as it had been over a month since the purchase. They said there was nothing they could do but offer a 20% discount on another. Why should I buy another one? I hate throwing this in the trash, but it's completely useless. We've rebooted, used a sleep pin, held down the power button, volume down button, etc. The bottom line is that the touchscreen doesn't work and there are no returns or exchanges for a working one at the Windsing store.
