While this chair looks good compared to most gaming chairs, it does not provide enough back support for prolonged sitting. I bought this as a Christmas present for my boyfriend and he preferred to sit in an IKEA fabric chair than this one. HOWEVER, the biggest problem with this chair and my main reason for writing this review is that this chair is literally (no exaggeration) literally impossible. disassemble. Step 1 of the assembly instructions involves attaching the chair leg to the base and this locking mechanism is not designed to ever fall apart. My friend tried to take it apart, I tried to take it apart, we saw classes on disassembling office chairs, blocked the mechanism with a hammer, but to no avail. And since these are the two bulkiest parts of the chair, it doesn't fit back into the box when it comes time to return it. I tried putting it in an XL Home Depot box but it didn't fit. Since this chair cannot be repackaged, refunding this item will be the biggest pain in your existence. This chair is non-returnable or non-returnable and if you are considering buying this chair just to see if you like it, look elsewhere. Avoid this chair at all costs unless you are sure it is the right chair for you!
