Broke after first use
When I took it out of the box I was disappointed because the bear's face was completely smudged. That should have been a warning sign from the start. The application is excellent, the labels I've printed with it have turned out great. However, it wouldn't turn on after the first use. Tried charging, still doesn't work. I've tried a different charging cable and port and it still won't turn on. It's definitely not worth the money. Now I'm stuck with a bunch of labels for a broken printer. I'm SUPER unhappy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
