Awesome customer service! And the video tutorial on how to install the protector is extremely helpful. Every question I had while I was installing it was answered by the video. I purchased one that was the wrong size so I sent an email to customer service to find out exactly what size I needed. I received a prompt and informative response. I returned the one that was the wrong size through Revain, and ordered the correct size. When it arrived, I immediately unpacked it and was able to install it exactly as the video instructed. I am using the antiglare side because of all of our video conference activity in the past two years. I wear glasses and the screens were being reflected. I needed a solution and starting search for one. This screen protector is the answer. I adjusted the brightness to 50% as suggested and the glare and reflection problem has been solved.
