Too small for meditation
This is a very high quality cushion made of sustainable products. The problem I have is that it's much smaller than a normal zabuton. I'm 5' 11", and my feet don't fit when I sit a zafu upon this. If I try it length-wise, my knees hang over the sides. The information on this page, as of this review, indicates the cushion is 25" by 34". It is not. The actual size is 25" by 32".If you're smaller that 5' 5", this is probably a great choice.
