COMPLETE TRASH! Cheaply made - fell apart in a month - loops for laces - tiny, flimsy piece of material! They are VERY uncomfortable - no support. Definitely do not use them for walking or running. The heel sticks out so far in the back making it even more awkward and uncomfortable. I return mine.
