Works great!: my feedback

I have problem with the garage door to my laundry room. People would forget to close it, so AC will leak and critters will come in. After install this, while the door will not shut and latch every time even with only 1 hinge. It does a good job to keep the door closed as the door is slightly warped. I am debating to put both but it seems such of wasted resource. I just need to give a pull when it closes. Over all, it was easy to install took about 15 minutes. I had to reinforce the screw holes with plastic sleeves as the hole is worned out. Just a little modification but recommends.
